Princess and the Pea
Feel like my blog is suffering due to me not having a camera at the moment so I’ve had a look through the archives and found some pictures I took while working on a short film called Princess and the Pea. Directed by Camilla Robinson (website) and Cinematography by Rain Li the short film was produced for PR purpose by Sweet Pea Jewellery. Siobhan O’ Neill, designer and proprietor of Sweet Pea always the creative butterfly envisioned the idea and with the help of many peers made the idea come to life. The boutique is based in Primrose Hill and you can visit the website here
Looking back at pictures I took back in 2008 on 35mm film it makes me more inclined to start shooting with my SLR again…

Black President

If you don’t know his music, shame on you! and get over to the Giant Step site for a few free downloads.
Kim’s record collection

So this is Hip Hop, now I get it….
I don’t consider myself the biggest fan of Hip Hop so I find myself in unfamiliar territory. No matter what your preference if you cant see the talent being displayed on stage you must be numb or dumb. I know its an old clip but it’s the first time I’ve come across it so sharing is caring and all that…

“In the West people have to have all this stuff to be happy, but we don’t have this system. But physical poverty doesn’t mean moral poverty. In Africa we have moral riches and happiness in our hearts.”
